To help us help you faster, include your store's .myshopify.com address, the Table ID, the page where the table should appear, and a screenshot if something looks wrong.
1. Set up your first table
- Install the app from the Shopify App Store and approve the requested permissions. You start on the Free plan.
- In your Shopify admin, open Apps → Smart Product Table → Product tables and click Create product table.
- Name the table, for example "Wholesale order form".
- Choose products. Select individual products, or pick one or more collections so the table stays in step with them.
- Choose columns such as image, name, price, stock status, variants, quantity and Add to Cart. On Pro and Business you can also reorder, rename and resize columns and show SKU, description, compare-at price and more.
- Optionally pick a layout, adjust the design, and set up search and filters and ordering rules. The preview shows how the table will look on desktop and mobile.
- Turn on Enable table and save.
- On the Product tables page, click Copy table ID next to your table.
2. Add the table to your theme
- In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes and click Customize on your theme.
- Open the page where you want the table. Many stores create a dedicated page first, such as "Quick order", under Online Store → Pages.
- In the sidebar, click Add block (or Add section → Apps, depending on your theme) and choose Smart Product Table.
- Paste the Table ID into Saved Table ID.
- Optionally choose whether to open the cart after a successful add, and set the header and button color.
- Click Save. Your table is now live.
You can add several blocks, each with a different Table ID, to show different tables on different pages.
3. Plans and features
- Free: one active table, Classic layout, search and sorting, individual Add to Cart.
- Pro ($6.99/month): unlimited tables, all 5 layouts, custom styling, advanced filters, SKU search and Bulk Add to Cart.
- Business ($12.99/month): everything in Pro, plus quantity rules, order minimums, SKU Quick Order, CSV ordering and logged-in customer visibility.
Change your plan any time from the app's Pricing page. Billing is handled by Shopify. See the full plan comparison.
4. Troubleshooting
The table doesn't show on my store
- The table isn't enabled. Open it in the app, turn on Enable table and save.
- Wrong Table ID. Copy the ID again from Product tables → Copy table ID and paste it into the app block. Check there are no extra spaces.
- The app block isn't added or saved. In the theme editor, check that the Smart Product Table block is on the right page and template, and that you clicked Save. If you edited a theme that isn't published, publish it or add the block to your live theme.
- Over your plan's table limit. On the Free plan only one table can be active. If you downgraded, only your oldest active table within the limit loads. The app lists any tables that aren't loading.
- No products appear. Only active products that are published to your Online Store appear. Draft, archived and unpublished products are hidden.
Paid features aren't showing
- Check your current plan on the app's Pricing page. Pro features need Pro or Business, and wholesale tools need Business.
- Paid features switch on once Shopify confirms your subscription. If you just upgraded, refresh the app after approving the charge.
- If your plan was downgraded, settings that need a higher plan are kept but don't apply until you upgrade again.
A table set to "logged-in customers" isn't visible
- This is expected for visitors who aren't signed in. They see a "Please sign in to view this table" message with a sign-in link.
- Make sure customer accounts are turned on for your store, then sign in as a customer to test it. Viewing as staff in the theme editor doesn't count as a signed-in customer.
- Logged-in visibility is a Business plan feature. A table that is already restricted stays restricted after a downgrade, so private pricing is never shown to everyone by accident.
Quantity rules don't apply in the cart
Quantity rules and order minimums are enforced inside the table only. They don't change your cart or checkout, so customers can still edit quantities there.
B2B customers see links instead of the table's order controls
Shopify B2B company pricing can't be shown in the table, so B2B buyers see links to product pages and Quick Order is hidden for them. Shopify's own B2B quantity rules still apply.
